The goal of this project was to design an Ergonomic Pick Cart for warehouse workers to reduce their effort expenditure during long shifts. The cart features a hydraulic lift mechanism, deployable ladder, and push-assist functionality.

FEA was conducted to ensure the system could withstand loads of 150 lbs, and all other significant loads were also accounted for.

Full system was designed in SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
